So we decided to take the kids camping for the weekend of May 15-17. It was Archaelogy Week and Red Top Mountain was doing some fun activities. We didnt get to many pics but here are a few. We did get rained on quite a bit but survived.

We had lots of fun and learned lots of things. We were also able to visit Tellus Museum in Cartersville, Ga where we were able to dig for fossils and pan for gems. Sorry no pics. Forgot the camera. It is a great childrens museum for kids of all ages.

I love your blog! Good job on your first post. Keep them coming. Blogging can be so much fun. It looks like you guys had a lot of fun on your camping trip. We have friends who live in Cartersville! I wish we could have come too!
